Website as a Service is a 12-month term, then month to month. That is the website partnership at £199/mo, and it is included on Growth and PRO. After the initial term your site is yours, and billing continues month to month if you stay. You can stay, step up, or step down.
Starter and Foundation are SEO on a site you already have. They do not include Website as a Service, so they do not include that 12-month website term.
The Service Site is a one-off build at £1,950. Website management at £75/mo covers hosting, licences, and technical updates after that. It is not a 12-month Website as a Service term, and it does not include unlimited content updates.
