Unlimited routine updates (text, images, and layout changes) sit on Website as a Service at £199/mo. That partnership is included on Growth and PRO. Starter and Foundation do not include it. They are SEO on a site you already have, and small edits on that site come out of the SEO hours, not from an unlimited update allowance.
A Service Site does not include unlimited updates. After the build, website management at £75/mo covers hosting, licences, and technical updates.
Growth and PRO also include a monthly strategy call. That call is part of running the partnership, not a full-year marketing plan. Wider marketing strategy and management are services we are adding, and you still talk to Matt about them. Every SEO plan includes a monthly report on the work and on enquiries, not a promise of a ranking or a lead count.
Owners tell us changes come back promptly. How fast a request moves depends on its size and what is already in the queue. We will say when something is a larger build rather than a routine update.
