On Website as a Service, and therefore on Growth and PRO, hosting for your site sits in the partnership. For email, we recommend a service such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Starter and Foundation are SEO on a site you already have, so hosting stays where it already is unless you add Website as a Service or move to Growth or PRO.
Analytics and Search Console are connected so we can see calls, forms, and queries, not only sessions. If you cannot tell an enquiry from a bounce, you cannot tell whether the work is doing anything.
We do not run a CRM retainer or an email-marketing retainer. If your site needs to pass enquiries into a tool you already use, we can talk about that on a call. Social posting is not part of these plans.
